My work is to help humanity by strengthening the weary, mending the broken, and sharing compassion with people in need. Your story is valuable and unique to you- like a fine gift made by hand. To be entrusted with the pieces of someone else's life is an honor, and over the years I've had the privilege of playing a reparative role in the stories of many valuable lives: from refugees to VPs. I've learned that, despite our diversity, peoples' problems can be remarkably similar when viewed as a diagnosis- with best practice treatment approaches being continually researched and refined. Inevitably though the text book stops, no one has written out the prescription for your exact situation. The work that we will do together then falls somewhere in between visiting a doctor and hiring a personal trainer. We need to form a partnership to discover and accurately address the right problems, (sometimes in the right order) and there is an art to selecting the corresponding treatment exercises and knowing how to spot you while you learn to do them.
